Congratulations! You have achieved one milestone in your life. If you have booked a prom photo session with us, double congratulations! Let's comment on some things to create a memorable moment.

Poses

It is always a good idea to Google some poses for your prom photos. We have a pre-selection from Printerest. We will suggest some others; it is up to you to do them or not.

Companions

Best Furry Friends (Pets)

Furry Friends are welcome. However, they must behave and not freak out when a stranger points at them.

Bestie(s) & Bro(s)

Besties are generally female friends (not always), and Bros are typically male friends. Doing photos with your girls and boys are always fun because you will feel comfortable doing things you usually won't (don't panic, nothing dangerous).

BF/GF

If your companion is your boyfriend/girlfriend, we can do some more romantic photos (if that is your thing).

Friends

If you are coming with friends, we can do some funny group pictures.

Family

Remember, this moment with your family is important. If you are coming with your family members, please make sure they dress up for the occasion.

If any of your family members are little children, sometimes they just won't cooperate with the photo. Make sure to handle this situation, as nobody likes wasting 15 minutes on negotiations there.

Please avoid any unnecessary white or shiny colour. It looks nice to the naked eye, but it clips the sensor of the camera very easily (especially if it is a sunny day).

The Venue

This could be a big one. We highly recommend a big, open space full of nature. If the selected place has some other elements (such as tables, a kiosk, big rocks, bridges), it will be perfect. We will visit the place before the photoshoot to make sure we bring all the things we need.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you bring decorations(props)?
Yes. This is why it is important to fill in that information in the booking link. This way we can be ready to bring some proper things.
  2. How much is it?
We ask for $50 per hour of shooting. One hour should be more than enough. If you are a straight-A student, the session is free; bring your last report card and an ID.
  3. How many photos will I get? How do I receive them?
As many as we do in the hour. We will send a gallery access for you to download them.
  4. What camera do you use?
We are big fans of Canon. We will bring a Canon R5 Mark II.
  5. Are the photos edited?
Yes, they are! We never send a photo right from the camera.
  6. What resolution are the photos?
As we stated before, mid-resolution. 2048 pixels on its widest edge. This is more than enough to publish on social media.
  7. I want a print. What do I do?
After you have downloaded your photos, ask us for the print form. You will need the picture serial number.
  8. What are the prices of the prints?
It depends on the size. We can print 6x4, 7x5, 11x8.5, 17x11 and 19x13.
For example, 4x6 are $1 each. All the pricing will be in the request form. Framing options will be available.
  9. Do you deliver the photos?
Only if you are within the City of Cornwall limits. Your postal code should be K6H or K6J. Otherwise, you have to pick it up or pay a small fee for the delivery (we will let you know if you opt for this).
